FAQ
Payment terms:
For payment methods, we support L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union and MoneyGram payments.50% should be paid as deposit when an order is placed. The other 50% will be paid after Buyer’s final inspection and acceptancebefore shipping.
Shipping time:
The shipping time depends on the mode of transportation (transport by car or train, by air or by sea) and the port to be delivered to.
Lead time:
If the model a customer needs is in stock, we can deliver the machine to customer within 20 days after deposit is paid. However,most of our machines are customized. If the order quantity is between 1 and 10, the lead time is about 35 days; if the quantity isbetween 11 and 20, the time is about 55 days. For order quantity above 21, the time should be negotiated.
The lead time is longerif customer’s product is very complicated because we need more time to test the mold and machine to make sure everything is OKbefore shipping.
